BMA Facts & Highlights

• Relationship: Baitul Mukarram Academy (BMA) is the Sister Organization of Baitul Mukarram Islamic Society (BMIS).
• Date of Inception: September 2nd, 2014.
• Status: Approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education and a BSID # is assigned to include in Ministry’s Website.
• Grade Level: From JK/SK to Grade 8.
• Sections: Separate Boys and Girls Sections.
• Educators: Male teachers for Boys Section and Female teachers for Girls Section.
• Curriculum: Islamic education with Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum.
• School Year: From September to June.
• School Hours: From 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Registration Forms and Procedure

Parents/guardians are to register their child in person at BMA. The following documents are required for registration:

• Registration FORM (completed & signed)
• TUITION Fees (Cash / Cheque payable to BMA)
• Copy of BIRTH Certificate
• Most Recent REPORT CARD
• Updated Immunization Record Card
• Legal Status Documents
• CONSENT Form for Excursion
• Proof of Mailing Address
• Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy (As outlined by BMA)
• Other Documents

*All documents must be submitted in English.

Classroom Rules

• Say "Assalamu Alaikum" when entering the classroom with your right foot
• Get ready with your subject books and notebooks at the start of class
• Listen attentively while the teacher speaks
• If you have a question, raise your hand and wait for your turn
• Do not hurt others' feeling's, and treat others the same way you would like to be treated
• Do not talk back to the teachers
• No bullying
• Take care of the class property and keep the classroom clean and tidy
• Seek teacher's permission before leaving the classroom
• No eating or chewing gum inside of the classroom
